I received much more training than I thought I would. I did not fully expect to be able to take over most of my own healthcare, but with the information provided, it is possible to do. The lessons were packed full of useful information, but the discussions sessions each week were very informative too. I learned things by hanging out and listening. It made me feel like there was nothing left out.
